Access

The practice car park has a number of free spaces for our patients and there is some additional on street parking.  There are two clearly marked disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders in the car park near the entrance to the surgery.  Can we ask patients who do not come by car to use the patient gate as the car park is busy.  The car park is not a public thoroughfare and should never be used as a short cut from Torquay Road to Durham Road

The Surgery is fully accessible for wheelchair users. The building is entered through automatic sliding doors and most consulting rooms are located on the ground floor.   Janet, our Nurse Practitioner, and the Treatment Room are on the first floor which can be accessed both by stairs and a patient lift.

There are patient toilets on both floors with full disabled access.

There is also a hearing loop which is available for patients – please ask at reception for further details.

Please contact reception if you require any further assistance.
