Changes to Prescription Ordering

From the 1st August, our prescription telephone opening times will change to  11am – 6pm.

The last year has seen a significant number of patients ordering on-line due to the convenience of 24/7 ordering and COVID restrictions. 

We have recently seen a further increase in the number of patients wanting online to join as many need the certificate available on the NHS app, to prove that they have had both COVID-19 vaccinations.

The change is necessary to allow us to process the increasing number of online requests.
