A message to our patients regarding Dr Kwan

We are sure that a lot of you will have heard about Dr Kwan, a former GP at Happy House, appearing in court recently.

Dr Kwan left Happy House following his arrest.  After his arrest, we liaised with our commissioners and an independent audit took place.

We are satisfied that Dr Kwan’s arrest and his subsequent change of plea in court was a personal, family matter and at no point did he pose a threat to any of our patients at Happy House.
