We are delighted to present the results of our 2020 – 21 Patient Survey, carried out by the Practice in conjunction with our Patient Committee, whose help has been invaluable.
Given COVID, this is the first year the Practice has carried out the survey electronically, and we would like to thank all of those patients who followed the link and completed the Clinical and Practice survey, which was sent to patients who had appointments in the five weeks from February, 19th 2021.
Although the survey was a little shorter than usual and contained some new questions, we have continued our same format for presenting the results, which can be compared against the results of similar questions asked in previous years, allowing comparasons back to 2012 in some cases. (Please note that only the Clinical survey was completed in 2020 due to COVID.)
The results form an important part of Practice development. We will look at the issues we have identified for the survey, such as trying to further improve telephone access, along with your thoughts on new developments such as e-consults and telephone consultations, and will be working with the Patient Committee on the outcomes throughout the year,
