DSCF4211Appointments can be made either by telephone, on-line or by calling in at the reception desk where you can book an appointment with one of our clinicians.  We also offer a number of same day / urgent appointments which are booked through reception.  Requests are triaged, usually by our Nurse Practitioner, and you will be given an appointment with the most appropriate clinician to deal with your problem.

We would like to inform you that GP’s in this practice do not prescribe antibiotics for infections which get better on their own such as colds and flu.  We would recommend you visit your pharmacist for advice if you are suffering from these sorts of conditions.

We always try to minimise the waiting time for you and, whilst we try to see you at the appointed time, some patients’ appointments may take longer than the time allocated, so please be patient if there is some delay.

We will also try to give you an appointment with the doctor that you prefer, but it may not always be possible.

Please always attend your appointment on time and if you are unable to keep your appointment then please remember to call us as soon as possible to cancel the appointment. By doing this, you will be helping us to make more appointments available for you and other patients.
